Renewal Tracker (“the App”) is designed to help users manage renewals, subscriptions, licences, bills and other important life admin. Your privacy is important to us, and this policy explains how your information is handled.

1. Data Collection

Renewal Tracker does not collect, store, sell, or share personal data on external servers operated by Higbee Aeronautics Ltd.

The information you enter into the App is stored on your device and, if enabled, may be synced using Apple iCloud through your Apple ID.

2. Use of Device Features

The App may request access to the following device features:

• Notifications
  Used to remind you of upcoming, due soon, or overdue renewal dates.
• Calendar
  Used only if you choose to enable calendar integration, allowing renewal dates to be added, updated, or removed from your calendar.
• iCloud
  Used to sync your renewal data across your Apple devices when available and enabled.

3. Data Storage

Renewal data is stored locally on your device. Where iCloud sync is enabled, your data is stored and synced using Apple’s iCloud services. Higbee Aeronautics Ltd does not operate a server for this data and does not have access to your iCloud account.

4. Third-Party Services

Renewal Tracker does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transmit your renewal data to third parties.

6. Security

The security of your data depends on your device security settings, Apple ID security, and iCloud configuration, where applicable.

7. Your Control

You have control over your renewal data:

• You can add, edit, or delete renewals at any time
• You can disable calendar integration within the App
• You can manage iCloud access through your Apple device settings
• You can remove the App to delete locally stored app data from your device

8. Children’s Privacy

Renewal Tracker does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be reflected within the App Store listing or accompanying documentation.
