Terms of Use

Renewal Tracker (“the App”) is provided by Higbee Aeronautics Ltd. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the App

Renewal Tracker is designed to help you manage renewals, reminders, subscriptions, licences, bills and other personal life admin. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

2. Reminder Accuracy

The App is intended as an organisational aid. You remain responsible for checking renewal dates, payment dates, expiry dates, notification settings and calendar entries.

We do not guarantee that reminders, notifications, calendar events, or synced data will always be delivered, displayed, or updated without delay or error.

3. Data Responsibility

Data entered into the App is stored on your device and may be synced through Apple iCloud if enabled. You are responsible for maintaining your own records, device security, Apple ID security and backups.

We are not responsible for any loss of data.

4. Calendar and iCloud

Optional calendar integration and iCloud sync rely on Apple device settings, permissions and services. Availability and behaviour may vary depending on your device, Apple ID, iCloud settings and operating system.

5. No Financial, Legal, Medical or Professional Advice

Renewal Tracker does not provide financial, legal, medical, aviation, or other professional advice. Any renewal, licence, medical, rating, bill, policy, or subscription information entered into the App is for your own tracking purposes only.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we aim to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Higbee Aeronautics Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Apple Terms

This agreement is between you and Higbee Aeronautics Ltd, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
