SimpleJotter (“the App”) is provided by Higbee Aeronautics Ltd. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the App

SimpleJotter is designed to help you manage important personal tasks. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

2. Data Responsibility

All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and ensuring the security of your device.

We are not responsible for any loss of data.

3. OCR Accuracy

SimpleJotter uses on-device optical character recognition (OCR) to interpret handwritten and printed text. Accuracy may vary depending on handwriting quality, image clarity, and formatting.

Users are responsible for reviewing and editing imported tasks to ensure accuracy. We do not guarantee that all text will be recognised correctly.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we aim to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Higbee Aeronautics Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

6. Apple Terms

This agreement is between you and Higbee Aeronautics Ltd, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
